Set in the humid climate of Thiruvallur district, this villa is designed with a strong emphasis on cost-effective materials, traditional aesthetics, and climatic responsiveness. The architecture blends exposed porothermic bricks, natural wood f inishes, and vibrant Athangudi tiles to create a rich, textural language that reflects cultural identity while supporting sustainability. The planning follows the principles of Vastu Shastra, with spatial organization guided by balance and flow. A unique element of the design is the pooja room nestled beneath the staircase, offering a sacred yet space-efficient feature. The villa typology includes a mirrored layout with a common west-side wall and offsets on the remaining three sides, ensuring privacy, ventilation, and openness.

This residential building showcases a harmonious blend of modern design, innovative spatial planning, and sustainable architecture. The interior is enhanced by a well-planned artificial lighting system that highlights textures, defines spaces, and maintains a warm, inviting ambiance throughout the day and night. A unique feature of the design is the prayer room elegantly positioned over a central fountain water body, creating a serene and meditative environment where water and architecture coexist in balance. The structure is topped with a modern sustainable roof, integrating eco-conscious materials and passive design strategies to ensure thermal comfort.

This contemporary car showroom, designed for Aishwaryam Private Limited, is situated on a 15-cent plot in Kanyakumari district. The project seamlessly integrates functionality and aesthetics, offering a dynamic spatial experience. The showroom incorporates a sophisticated artificial lighting system, featuring strip lights, recessed profiles, ceiling lights, hanging grass lamps, and aesthetic wall fixtures, all carefully curated to enhance product visibility and ambiance. Green wall mesh elements and sustainable materials such as calcium phosphate gypsum board is used in the washing area department, and interior-grade finishes are used to balance durability with design appeal. To accommodate professionals from the IT park located behind the showroom, a dedicated smoking area has been thoughtfully integrated. This project stands as a modern commercial hub that blends automotive utility, hospitality, and design excellence under one roof.
